High-Capacity, Rack-Mountable Shield Box

The TC-5932AU Shield Box is the larger version of the TC-5930AU. It builds on the same adaptable and rugged design while offering increased internal space. As a result, it supports a wider range of test configurations.

Additionally, the TC-5932AU fits neatly into its own rack. It mounts easily within a standard 19-inch rack, which makes it suitable for both lab and production environments. Because of its size and layout, it also works well for desktop or bench use.


Designed for Burn-In and Long-Duration Testing

The TC-5932AU Shield Box is ideal for burn-in testing applications. Optional cooling fans help maintain safe operating temperatures for DUTs. Consequently, engineers can run extended tests without compromising device reliability.

Moreover, the customizable I/O panels make configuration changes fast and simple. This flexibility allows test setups to evolve as requirements change. Therefore, teams can adapt without unnecessary downtime.


Flexible Configuration Options

While the TC-5932AU offers double the internal space of the TC-5930AU, it still maintains a compact footprint. If a dual-chamber rack-mount solution is preferred, the TC-5930ARU may be an alternative. However, when one larger chamber is needed, the TC-5932AU becomes the ideal choice.

Furthermore, the Faraday cage design remains portable and modular. A large, field-replaceable I/O plate simplifies connector updates whenever changes are required.


OTA Testing and Custom Fixtures

You can perform over-the-air (OTA) testing by integrating a standard grid test fixture with an antenna coupler. In addition, custom test fixtures are available. Our team can design a solution tailored to your DUT, budget, and schedule.
