High-Performance RF and Acoustic Testing

The TC-5830AU Acoustic Shield Box is the manual version of the TC-5830APU and delivers excellent RF shielding up to 12 GHz. In addition, it provides exceptional acoustic isolation for testing wireless audio devices. As a result, engineers can perform accurate RF and audio measurements in a controlled environment.

Moreover, the TC-5830AU stands out as one of the most mobile and ergonomic shield boxes available. It combines strong RF isolation with high acoustic performance, making it ideal for modern wireless audio testing. Furthermore, a wide selection of optional interfaces allows customization to match specific device requirements.

Designed for Modern Wireless Audio Devices

While the TC-5830AU shares many high-quality features with the pneumatic version, it removes the need for pneumatics. Instead, it focuses on supporting the growing demands of wireless audio technology. Consequently, teams gain improved RF and acoustic shielding in a simpler, more portable solution.

This shield box also supports over-the-air (OTA) testing. The interior walls feature highly absorbent RF absorber material along with ferrite absorber layers. Together, these materials reduce reflections and improve measurement accuracy during OTA testing.

Flexible OTA Testing and Custom Interfaces

For a complete OTA testing setup, pair the TC-5830AU with a grid fixture and an antenna coupler. This combination improves repeatability and delivers reliable RF and audio results. Additionally, if your application requires a custom interface, our sales team can help. We design and integrate tailored testing solutions that align with your technical needs, budget, and timeline.
