What is an Antenna Coupler and how does it work?
In the context of RF antennas, inductive coupling primarily refers to the near-field
interaction between two coils or in this case an antenna, where the magnetic field from
one coil(antenna coupler) induces a voltage in the other. This principle is particularly
relevant in the following scenarios:   It is especially useful in testing small wireless
devices, such as smartphones, tablets and other wireless devices. This type of antenna
coupling is most effective in short distances, such as immediately adjacent to or few
centimeters away from the DUT. This features makes it ideal for use within RF Faraday
cages as it is less likely to cause undesirable RF propagation causing false failures.
